Day 22: 31 Days of Rider Fitness Workouts

Slider Total Body Workout 


This workout is something a little different, a slider workout, and I am going to add a few more of them because they are fantastic for the recruitment of postural muscles of the core but also upper and lower body!

You can buy ‘glider plates’ which are designed for this specific workout, but I used two flannels on a wooden floor.

I apologise for the poor edit where I cut my ramblings out, I was saying that the flannels can be used and mine were dusty as I has been practising on the floor 🙂
