013: Anger

In episode 13 I discuss why we feel justified in our anger if we feel something is unjust or when we feel things are worthy of our expression.

When we are angry and upset we are so attached to our own thought patterns that we cannot see past it. How can we get out of the loop even though we know it is causing us pain and misery?
