I am posting this for cathartic reasons but also in hope that it will help you too. You see, fitness coaching isn’t just about getting you fit… it is as much about getting you to believe you are worthy of looking after, spending time on yourself.
When you are lost, in busyness, in overwhelm, in anxiety you lose sense of self awareness, and if we are not careful can lead to a non functioning and depressed individual.
