We start by getting on the phone so I can learn more about you, your goals and how I can best help you.

Training Programme

I will personally design your training programme and send it to you via the EventFit Training app.

Education

Jenni is a leading academic in the equestrian performance field. She will teach you how and why fitness will improve your performance in 1:1 and group coaching situations.

Nutrition

We discuss and connect about your current nutritional habits and work together to develop a system that creates results whilst eating your favourite foods.

Mindset

The information alone is not enough. Mindset coaching is the biggest reason alone that 1:1 coaching sees high levels of success. Jenni shares powerful mindset tools to ensure you succeed.

Exercise Video Library

Every exercise you have will have a video guide detailing form so you feel safe and supported

Weekly checkins and monthly coaching calls keep you on track and set up for success.
