This is the first of three progressive six week programmes aimed to support Event riders with their off horse-athletic preparation. This programme is leaned towards the Dressage phase and incorporates steady state cardio, exercise mastery, original strength and re-set exercises. We ensure your training foundation is effective before we move towards more advanced progressions.
