I will create your training program for you  and send it to you via email or using the Trainerize App

EDUCATION

Jenni is a leading academic in her field. In this programme not only will you be given the information to act upon you will learn about rider performance so you can continue long lasting results.

 

 NUTRITION GUIDANCE

We discuss and reflect on your current habits and design a life that you love.

MINDSET

The information alone is not enough. Jenni shares powerful mindset tools to ensure you succeed.

EXERCISE VIDEO LIBRARY

On my you tube page you will find an exercise video library which includes instructional videos for each exercise in your training program. You will also have instructional videos using the Trainserize app.

 

24/7 SUPPORT

As an EventFit client  you will have 24/7 support via e mail, skype, facebook, whatsapp and trainerize.

ACCOUNTABILITY AND COACHING

I ask you to log your training on Trainerize and check in via once per week and join an accountability call. Every 4 weeks we have a 1:1 coaching call. We will then discuss your thoughts on your training plan to make sure the next 4 week phase is accurate and going to keep getting you results.

Jenni is one of very few academics that has extensively investigated the physiological demands of horse riding, in fact, this is what her PhD focusses on! Jenni has investigated responses to all gaits including jumping and is the first to document muscle activity in the lower body of riders and also whilst riders are jumping. Jenni combines her research experience with her experience of working with riders to develop the best programme for you.
